Rooted in two decades of work in value-based health care, Health Value Academy equips health care organizations and professionals with the knowledge and skills to lead value-based health care transformation.
Our faculty and leadership pioneered VBHC Education at Dartmouth College and the University of Texas at Austin with programs ranging from executive education and workshops to master’s degree programs. In additional to academic work defining the field of value, we have extensive hands on experience designing, teaching, and implementing value-based health care initiatives globally across academic, governmental, provider, payer, and industry settings. We have lead or supported more than 45 health care transformation projects.
Today, Health Value Academy delivers practical, globally informed learning experiences to health care leaders and organizations seeking with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to improve outcomes, lower costs, and create value for patients.

Our Story
Health Value Academy was founded on a simple belief: theory is important, but health care leaders need practical skills and implementation frameworks to make value-based health care a reality.
Through the academic programs we creates, and through our work supporting organizations around the world, we saw a glaring need for executive-level training that was more accessible, easily affordable, and immediately applicable in the real-world.
Health Value Academy exists to deliver world-class education in a flexible, abbreviated and accessible format. Our programs rooted in the case studies of transformative leaders whom we know and with whom we have worked closely. They build on proven implementation frameworks that we’ve created through our work with care delivery and med tech companies, and they deliver , interactive learning experiences that equip participants to translate ideas into action.
